Kristyna is a Registered Massage Therapist from Vancouver, B.C., where she graduated from the accredited two-year RMT program at Langara College in 2023. She has been working at multi-disciplinary clinics alongside physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, and other RMTs since.

Kristyna is passionate about learning how the human body functions and how to treat a diverse population with a variety of manual therapy techniques. She enjoys treating all musculoskeletal soft-tissue conditions, but her passion lies in athletics, sports massage, rehabilitation, and neurological conditions.

Through manual therapy, Kristyna is keen to help others overcome the physical and psychological stresses demanded of them so that they can perform their best.

She has experience treating many athletes, including rock climbers, cyclists, runners, hockey players, and horseback riders, as well as people who suffer from non-specific musculoskeletal pain, nerve compressions, osteoarthritis, sprains and strains, and tendinopathies. She is excited to use her knowledge and experience to support her patients with their concerns.

Kristyna is an athlete and adventurer herself. She has been avidly rock climbing for 12 years. Climbing is what she devotes most of her time and energy to, as it has become an important part of her life and identity. She also loves and has been hiking, backpacking, and cycling for most of her life. A random tidbit – she used to compete in horseback riding and loves horses!

Manual therapy techniques used include, but are not limited to: Isolytic Stretching (Pin & Stretch), Sustained Pressure Release (TPPR), Active Attachment Release, Myofascial, Swedish relaxation massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Hydrotherapy, and Joint Mobilizations.
