Morgan Stock is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a passion for providing quality mental health care for individuals and couples. Morgan believes that relationships and human connection hold the power to heal us, but also harm us. That is why relationships, and relational health, have been the focus of her work as a clinical counsellor. She will help you learn research-based tools and skills for having better relationships with yourself and others.
Morgan has a bachelor’s degree from Saint Francis Xavier University and a master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. After receiving her degree she began working with couples who were struggling with major life transitions and conflicts at the Family Counselling Program through the Columbia Basin Family Resources Society. She became passionate about helping people connect to their authentic selves in meaningful ways as they navigate restoring balance and joy in their relationships. Morgan is certified in the clinical application of the foundations of the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, which focuses on managing conflict, and deepening friendships and intimacy. She also has extensive training and experience in treating trauma and affairs, helping clients to rebuild after trauma and betrayal. Her approach works to address dysfunctional relational stances, heal any relational trauma, and teaches skills around connection and intimacy.
Morgan offers a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere to identify concerns and challenges in your relationships and work together to overcome those obstacles.
